We help families submit requests, track case status and understand humanitarian procedures. The portal does not investigate the causes of death — only the search, identification and return of remains.
How the process works
1. Submitting a request
Fill in the form below or in the Telegram bot. The more known details, the higher the chance of a match.
2. Cross-checking with registries
Your request is cross-checked against open state registries and humanitarian databases.
3. Exhumation and identification
When burial sites are found, exhumation and matching by anthropological and DNA data take place.
4. Return of remains to the family
After identification, remains are returned to the family through humanitarian mechanisms (including the Red Cross).
