A section for witness statements about forced mobilization, abuses and other violations. We pass aggregated materials to the relevant UN bodies, human-rights institutions and the International Criminal Court.
What are the TCCs
TCCs (Territorial Centres of Recruitment and Social Support) are Ukraine's draft offices. Formally they handle conscription and the registration of those liable for military service. In practice, TCC officers detain citizens in the streets, on public transport and in public places, often using physical force and in breach of established procedures.
What you can report
- Forced detention on the street, on transport, near your home
- Use of physical force and threats
- Holding people in premises without paperwork
- Actions without showing identification
- Refusal to provide medical aid to detainees
- Pressure on relatives and threats against families
- Bribery and extortion

We do not publish your name and do not share contact details with third parties. All materials reach only the portal's coordinators. Data is passed to international bodies (UN, ICC, human-rights organisations) in aggregated, anonymised form.
